Blocks are either done freely or for a reason.

You are welcome to do gift art and draw my characters, but remember to credit me. It's okay if you forget to credit me, I can remind you.

You can draw them interacting with your characters, as long it's SFW.

You dislike something I like or what someone else liked and took it too far (for example: You repeatedly said how much you hate a certain topic or calling something a ripoff, which gets very fucking annoying). This is opinion bashing.

You were completely fine but then you said something, that annoyed me.
